The controls On the Left hand side:
Synthesiser parallel input socket with 2-way switch plugged in
"Out of lock" LED
Variable power control

On the front panel:
"Mute" switch
AF input
DIN socket for AF & Video from camera
Video input

Inside.

The wires I added between the synth IC and the DIN socket are clearly visible at the lower centre right.
The out-of lock indication uses the two white wires.
